Park Custom Shop Muff Sound Pedal
The Park Custom Shop Muff Sound Pedal brings the classic power of an early Muff style fuzz into a more flexible pedal. It delivers thick, rich fuzz with a more open feel, while the Mid control lets you shape your tone so your guitar stays clear when playing with a full band. It can get wild and heavy, but it also responds well to lower gain settings.
Park Custom Shop Muff Sound Pedal Review
The Muff Sound is based on the early "Rams Head" Muff circuit and uses the same distinctive type of transistors to create lower compression and a more open response. Unlike many Muff circuits with a heavily scooped tone, this version filters out some low frequencies to help prevent muddiness. Its variable Mid control gives you added control over the EQ, making it easier to find a strong, defined tone. The pedal also works especially well with boost and drive pedals placed before or after it.
