Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Within the United States

DeathCloud is proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required, and all orders qualify for this benefit automatically at checkout. Expedited shipping methods are available, and the price varies based on the delivery destination and the size and weight of the package.

Processing and Handling Times

All orders containing in-stock products will be processed and shipped immediately, with a maximum handling time of 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped immediately but may not show movement on the tracking website until the next business day. Orders on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We utilize trusted carriers to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your orders. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout (typically between 1-5 business days). Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

DeathCloud ships worldwide, except to the European Union. Due to the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which took effect on December 13, 2024, we are unable to ship to EU countries at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue. We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.

Return Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received it or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you when we receive the returned goods and do an inspection. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for products returned in their original quality. A 20% inspection and restocking fee may apply to products that come back to us in a worse condition than when we shipped them out, if the product has been altered, if elements of the product/order are missing, etc. Exchanges eliminate any refund deductions if the exchanged product comes back to us in the same condition it was shipped in.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

● The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

● The goods are in the original packaging

● The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of goods are damaged or in any condition other than brand new.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
