Hiwatt Custom Motto Oto Boost Pedal
The Hiwatt Custom Motto Oto Boost Pedal brings a lot of versatility to your guitar rig. It can give your tone a clean lift, add some grit, or push things into full distortion. Its touch-sensitive response makes it feel lively under your fingers, while the simple controls keep it easy to dial in. Built by Hiwatt, it is a great choice for players who want one pedal that can do more than a standard boost.
Hiwatt Custom Motto Oto Boost Pedal Review
The Motto Oto is based on a circuit Hiwatt developed in the 1980s as the preamp for its Custom Tape Echo. A single transistor lets the pedal move from clean boost to light overdrive and heavier distortion as you push it. The Level and Tone controls provide straightforward control over output and character, while the rugged 18mm birch-ply enclosure is built for regular use.
