Dirty Haggard Ugly Trash Pedal

The Ugly Trash is the ultimate parallel analog/digital fuzz pedal that's ready to revolutionize your sound! Building on the success of last year's limited 'Bad Tones Forever' release, this beast delivers unparalleled digital distortion. Featuring an op-amp comparator for crushing square waves and a PLL chip for chiptune-style signal recreation, the Ugly Trash offers two distinct modes: standard digital for crisp, biting fuzz, and droning for a rich, immersive sonic experience. With an insane output volume and a versatile 'Tonality' control that shapes high frequencies and overall fidelity, this pedal is a must-have for any serious musician. Don't miss out on this game-changing device and unleash the full potential of your sound!

Kind of a "special effects" but love it!

First of all, I want to highlight the quality of the service from Deathcloud: It shipped the same day, and I had it within a week. Came very well packaged, with some stickers and candy. Did I mention free shipping!? Now for the pedal..
this is my 6th Dirty Haggard Audio pedal . It has the same great build quality I have come to expect from DHA, along with great aesthetics. Extremely low noise floor, and super loud. I knew I was getting out of my comfort zone with this pedal, but it still surprised me. Unlike all the other pedals from DHA, I found this one hard to stack, especially with delay and reverb, but also with other dirt pedals. I may need to keep experimenting, but so far I haven't had any luck. where I have found it to shine is single note playing on the top 3 strings (DAE), which give a fairly intonated sound that sounds like a digital growl. On the bottom 3 strings (EBG) you mostly get just artifacts, but not a proper reproduction of the note you are playing. It's a very specific pedal which will have limited use for me, but it is really fun to play with. Like I said, I knew it was out of my comfort zone, but I'm glad I took the plunge.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm happy to hear that you've found a good, specific use for the Ugly Trash pedal. DHA always makes high quality stuff, and we're glad you get to enjoy their products. Thanks for supporting our small business!
