Doug at Mid-Fi Electronics was looking for an uncompressed transparent overdrive pedal but couldn't find one that sounded the way he imagined it. So, he decided to design one for himself. Even though it may not be perfect, he's making it available to others who may be facing a similar problem. It's possible that this pedal could be the answer, or maybe not.
